Just finished viewing Danny's trip into the libertarian lion's den. Maher has gotten even more ridiculous with time, IMO. Sounds like Danny gave the crowd some food for thought which was well received, so mission accomplished.
Saw the 2 clips on YT. In "overtime", missed opportunities for dispelling (more clearly or at all) some bs: about Musk being a genius space businessman (heavily gov-funded ofc); about dangers of AI as presented by Musk and friends being hype for their own benefit, and AI hype in general as laundered thru media being for benefit of those invested in the "enshittification" (as Doctorow puts it) of the internet, and then necessarily not just the internet.
