Is the Biden admins decision to extend the wall less of a sop to the G.O.P., and more of an acknowledgment that they are less than interested in any effort to curb climate change? Could they see this as a means to stave off the inevitable climate exodus that is rightfully heading our way. Rome is burning and what else is there to do but dance?
