Hello Prestigeheads,
Today is the launch of Substack Notes, a microblogging feature bearing no resemblance to a bird application which many of us may or may not use!
As you see, we’re already using the feature to its full potential. But in all seriousness, this will actually be a great format for us to interact with subscribers and other Substack writers, especially when you all have questions regarding recommended readings, need hosts or guests to elaborate on interview topics, or if you just want to keep abreast of AP activity without having to switch to the bird app (which we will keep using, by the way). You can check Notes out below.
How to join
Head to substack.com/notes or find the “Notes” tab in the Substack app. As an AP subscriber, you’ll automatically see our notes. You are obligated to like everything we say. (I’ve just been informed that the latter point is not true.)
Of course, you can also share notes of your own (still working on a verb other than “to note”). This is a great opportunity to keep building the AP community.
Issues? Check out the Notes FAQ.
As a millennial who never got into the bird app I’m thrilled for the simulacrum featuring people I don’t want to fight!
